Tickets vary based on time and date of your visit but 15+ KidZania tickets start from £18 and £27 for 4-14 year olds on Days Out.

Each time slot gives you 4 hours to explore the city. The activities range from 5 to 20 minutes long, so kids will complete 4-6 on each visit.

KidZania is best suited to children aged 4-14 years of age. There is an early years area too which caters for little ones, up to the age of 4.

Everyone entering KidZania will need a ticket, including adults.

Children have the freedom to explore the city of KidZania, taking part in activities based around building essential life skills.

If your child is aged 8 or over and you’re confident they’ll engage in activities and behave in an appropriate manner, they can be left alone at KidZania. Any kids under 8 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

KidZania aims to be accessible to all - the site is fully accessible to wheelchair users, awareness wristbands are available to children and carers to signify when additional assistance may be required, and all activities are equipped with a Help Hearing Guide. Complementary carer tickets are also available.

Parents are allowed inside KidZania but won’t be able to enter the majority of activities (except for carers). The Grown Ups Garden Shed is a designated spot for parents to chill out or you’re welcome to observe your child in their activities if you’d rather.

It’s not permitted to bring outside food into KidZania, unless you have allergies or special dietary requirements. There are a number of food outlets inside to keep you fed and watered though.

KidZania London is located inside Westfield, Shepherds Bush. The entrance is on 1st Floor, next to M&S. It’s easily accessible by car (parking is available in Westfield) and public transport. The closest tube stations are Shepherd’s Bush, White City and Wood Lane.
