Yes, booking in advance is highly recommended. Spa sessions and treatments can sell out quickly, especially on weekends and during busy periods.

Spa access typically includes use of the Thermal Suite, heated pools and relaxation areas. Some experiences also include access to the rooftop Hydropool.

Treatments are usually booked separately or as part of a combined spa package. You can choose to visit just for the facilities or add a treatment for a longer experience.

One Spa is primarily designed for adults. Age restrictions may apply to certain facilities or times, so it’s best to check when booking.

Most visitors spend 2–4 hours enjoying the spa facilities, depending on the session booked and whether treatments are included.

Swimwear is required. Towels, robes and slippers are usually provided as part of your spa visit.
