LEGOLAND®’s a family theme park with rides aimed at kids aged 3-12. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Anyone under 90cm in height gets in for free, this is because rides are restricted by height, not age.

Yep, all the rides are included in your ticket price, so you’re free to ride them until your heart’s content.

Yep, you’re welcome to bring a picnic with you. There’s plenty of spots to enjoy it but bear in mind that they may be uncovered. If you want to bring a cool box and leave it in the car, make sure you get a stamp when you exit so you can get back in.

If you want to squeeze in all the rides, live shows and attractions (who wouldn’t?), you’ll need a full day. Lots of people turn their visit into a minibreak too. There’s plenty of hotels nearby, including in the park itself.

You’re welcome to bring a backpack with you but please bear in mind that all bags are subject to security checks. There’s a list of prohibited items – sharp objects, fireworks, that kind of thing – so be sure to leave them at home.

You’ll find the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort on the B3022 Windsor/Ascot Road – two miles from Windsor town centre. Follow the LEGOLAND® signs on local roads for the quickest routes and exit at Junction 3 if you’re arriving from the M3, Junction 13 from the M25 Northbound (clockwise) and Junction 6 on the M4.

❌ Please note, once a booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are not possible.

Please check the Attraction’s operating calendar for opening times and dates. Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts which may attract a separate admission fee.

No person under the age of 12 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin attractions reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.

Days Out act as a booking agent in respect of all tickets ordered on it’s website. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any arrangements or other services you purchase in respect of your chosen attraction or attraction. Days Out cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by its Ticket Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeure. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the Company be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Company shall be limited to the price paid for the Tickets excluding any payment processing fees and handling charges.

By agreement to these Terms and Conditions the Customer agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions in respect of any claim brought by the Customer the Company.
