The whole experience takes around 60 minutes to complete. Tie it in with other London hotspots (and save some cash) by booking the Merlin’s Magic Pass.

The recommended age is between 3 and 12. Younger children are welcome too, but bear in mind that they may find certain parts scary.

There’s a few tube stops nearby, including Charing Cross and Embankment. Waterloo is the closest (about five minutes walk away).

Shrek’s Adventure is open from 10am - 4pm every day. But check the official site to confirm as this changes sometimes.

You’ll find it on the South Bank of the Thames next to the London Eye and it’s five minutes’ walk from the Waterloo and Westminster tube stations. If driving is best for you, remember that it’s in the Congestion Charge Zone, but the venue has parking agreements with Q-Park and The National Theatre, and you can pre-book your space online.

The attraction tries to be as accessible as possible. One wheelchair guest can be admitted each hour and there are adapted toilets at the entrance, on the first floor near the lift. Some of the zones have flashing lights, so beware if you (or anyone you’re with) has photosensitive epilepsy. If you suffer from motion sickness or have a heart condition, give the 4D Magic Bus a body swerve.

Please check the Attraction’s operating calendar for opening times and dates. Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts which may attract a separate admission fee.

No person under the age of 12 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin attractions reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.

Days Out act as a booking agent in respect of all tickets ordered on it’s website. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any arrangements or other services you purchase in respect of your chosen attraction or attraction.
