Can I get a Ride Access Pass?

Thorpe Park offers a Ride Access Pass to guests who may find it difficult or cannot stand for extended periods of time – whether this is due to a physical disability or a learning/emotional impairment. FYI the Ride Access Pass does not grant instant access to rides and is not a fast-track pass. The Ride Access Pass assigns you a virtual wait time instead of standing in the queue line. Guests who have a Ride Access Pass can bring up to 3 friends along with them. Prices vary based on time and date of your visit. Via Days Out, Thorpe Park tickets start from £37.

Thorpe Park is aimed at older kids and big kids (AKA adults). Most rides have a minimum height restriction of 1.4m, so keep that in mind. Anyone under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

There are over 30 rides, attractions and live shows at Thorpe Park. It’s set over 200 hectares, so you’ll have plenty to explore.

You can squeeze in most of the rides in one day (depending on the queue times), but if you want to make sure you don’t miss out on any then a longer stay is a good idea.

The park is open from March until October every day and usually opens at 10am and closes between 6 and 7pm - we recommend you check on the official website.

If you have particular accessibility requirements, contact staff before your visit and they’ll create and Accessibility Day Planner that’s tailor-made for your group.

Just 20 miles from central London, you can reach Thorpe Park from the M25 via junctions 11 or 13, then follow the clear signposting on the A320.

There’s a daily charge for car-parking but pre-book your tickets on the official site – disabled parking is also available next to the admissions area.

Please check the Attraction’s operating calendar for opening times and dates. Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts which may attract a separate admission fee.

No person under the age of 12 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin attractions reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.
