Prices vary based on the time and date of your visit, at Days Out Phantom Peak tickets start from £35.

Yes! The town itself is completely accessible – everywhere was flat, with ramps up and down where necessary. You don't need to use any stairs and all the doorways were wide enough for a wheelchair. Assitance dogs are permitted if you notify Phatom Peak before your visit.

Phantom Peak is for people of all ages to explore and enjoy. They do ask that any under 16s be accompanied by an adult. Phantom Peak has daytime shows on a Saturday (11:00 - 15:30) and Sunday (12:30 - 17:00), which will be more appropriate for families with younger children. There will also be daytime shows throughout the holidays and half term.

The experience takes place both indoors and outdoors. The outside aspects of the venue are covered to protect you from the elements!
