For most adult karting events, drivers must be 16+

For children’s or family sessions, the minimum requirement is generally 8 years old and over 125cm tall.

However, at Teamworks Karting Birmingham City, the requirement is slightly higher — all drivers must be:

8 years old or above
At least 147cm tall

(Bambino sessions for ages 4–8 are only available at the York venue.)
