Must I sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone who jumps and/or climbs is required to complete a waiver. under 18s must have their parent or legal guardian complete their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not enough. These will then be kept on file for future visits. Waivers are valid for 1 year from the time of signing.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

For general admission our weight restriction is 21.5 stone or 136kgs. There is no height limit/restriction for general admission. Jumping: <ul> <li>Minimum age is 4 years old</li> <li>Minimum age to enter park unattended is 12 years old</li> </ul> Toddler Takeover: Minimum age is 1 year old Maximum age is 6 years old Climbing: <ul> <li>Minimum age is 4 years old</li> <li>Maximum weight limit is 20 stone</li> <li>Minimum age to enter park unattended is 12 years old</li> </ul> AirSlides: <ul> <li>Maximum weight limit is 120kg/19 stone</li> <li>Minimum height requirement is 1.20m</li> </ul> WipeOut: <ul> <li>Maximum weight of 91kg per person</li> <li>Minimum height of 1.20m</li> </ul> Jump Tower: Minimum height of 1.2m Inflatable: Minimum height of 90cm

Why do I need to wear grip socks?

Grip socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, to reduce the risk of injury especially on wall trampolines. Additionally, these socks are designed to reduce the chances of transferable foot infections and increase the comfort of all jumpers (by reducing friction). These socks form an important part of our risk assessment and further reduce risks. Therefore, AirHop grip socks are compulsary which can be purchased from £2.90 and are yours to keep and reuse.
