Typically, people spend about 2-3 hours exploring the different zones, attractions and rides.

They’re totally different! LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham is an indoor attraction consisting of 2 rides, a 4D cinema experience, MINILAND, themed play areas and builder workshops. LEGOLAND Windsor is a family theme park.

Outside food is not permitted, except for those with special dietary requirements. However, there is an onsite café with a range of food and drinks available.

The centre is designed to cater for additional needs. Bear in mind, guests must be able to enter the ride vehicles with or without carer assistance, and all rides require guests to sit upright unaided. Carers enter for free when accompanying disabled guests but please note that no wheelchairs or strollers are available onsite.

All ages can enjoy the centre but it’s primarily suitable for 3-10 year olds Kids under 3 can enter for free and those between 3 and 17 must be accompanied by adults.

Adults must be accompanied by Children to buy tickets and enter the Discovery centre as most attractions are designed for little ones. Adults don’t miss out on all of the fun though, there are exclusive adult nights for brick enthusiasts without children. Check out the next events on the official site.

Opening times at the centre are usually Monday-Sunday 9:30am-6pm but it’s always best to check on the official website before you visit.

If you’re visiting LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre by car, take M6 Junction 6 or M5 Junction 3 and follow the brown signs for the SEA LIFE Centre and NIA. There are parking facilities nearby at Arena Birmingham South and Q Park on Brindley Place. If you’re arriving by train, the nearest stations are Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street, just 15 minutes’ walk away.

❌ Please note, once a booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are not possible.

Please check the Attraction’s operating calendar for opening times and dates. Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts which may attract a separate admission fee.

No person under the age of 12 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin attractions reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.

Days Out act as a booking agent in respect of all tickets ordered on it’s website. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any arrangements or other services you purchase in respect of your chosen attraction or attraction. For all bookings, your contract will be with the supplier of the Attraction in question. Please head to the attraction website for full entry terms and conditions.

Days Out will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by the Company and has no control over its Ticket Suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of its Ticket Suppliers or their servants, agents, or employees.

Days Out cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by its Ticket Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeure. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the Company be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Company shall be limited to the price paid for the Tickets excluding any payment processing fees and handling charges.

By agreement to these Terms and Conditions the Customer agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions in respect of any claim brought by the Customer the Company.
