Camera Obscura and World of Illusions

With a whopping five floors and more than 100 hands-on, interactive, mind-boggling exhibits to check out (plus a bonus treat in the form of a roof terrace), there are plenty of things to do to keep all ages entertained.

Can you escape the magical Mirror Maze? Or will the Vortex Tunnel leave you rooted to the spot as you try to walk it without losing your balance? You can even draw pictures with just the light from your phone.

Eye Spy Edinburgh is a great way of seeing the city in a different light, while you can also check out the ticks and illusions in Light Fantastic, before swapping noses with your family or friends. Bizarre!

As well as all the fun and trickery to be immersed in, the rooftop of Camera Obscura and World of Illusions offers impressive, 360-degree panoramic views of Edinburgh, where you can spot top sights including Edinburgh Castle, the Firth of Forth, Royal Mile and even Arthur's Seat.
